Welcome to Room Rent Wageningen
Now we have rooms available throughout Wageningen with rents starting from 350.00 Euros in the months of March(3 rooms), April (3 rooms), May (1 room for a lady), June(several rooms) and July 2020 (several rooms). All price ranges include electricity and/or gas, water, heating, Internet, cleaning of shared spaces (at the Plantsoen living complex) and local taxes. Room Rent Wageningen was established by a group of house owners to address the growing need for student housing. Room capacity is 45 students/researchers. Our tenant profile consists largely of master/doctorate students and researchers/Post-Docs from WUR and research institutes.
We accomodate short-term leases for 6-month study periods. We have a two-story living complex with 16 rooms equipped with ample facilities. This living complex is the first example of student housing transformed from a business office building. We also have 3 houses and 2 flats centrally located that are also available for rent.
